Born in 1974 from an idea of owners Gino and Renata, the Bouton d'Or in Cogne, Aosta Valley has always been characterized by its distinctly family-oriented nature, which is still reflected today in the simple and well-maintained surroundings of the mountain tradition.

In 1999, a complete renovation of the structure allowed for the addition of new services to enhance the offering of a vacation dedicated to relaxation and enjoyment.

Since 2018, the Cuaz family has exclusively managed the B&B, while for meals we have partnerships with restaurants just a few minutes away towards the town center.

Situated in a quiet and sunny location, facing the Sant'Orso meadow, the starting and finishing point for cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the hotel provides private parking and a private patio. In the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, amidst magnificent mountains, the hotel offers a range of services to be discovered day by day.

While waiting to welcome you to Cogne, we would like to inform you that currently, we do not have a gasoline/diesel distributor in the village.

The nearest distributor is located in Aymavilles, approximately 20 km before reaching our location. We recommend considering this factor when planning your trip, ensuring that you have enough fuel to reach here (and then return).

You can refuel a few hundred meters past the Aosta West - Saint Pierre highway exit (Google Maps), or at a service station along the route between Aosta and Aymavilles if you choose the Aosta East exit and subsequently pass through the city.

If you have an electric car, there are 4 charging stations available in the village of Cogne.
